such parties extensively in complex related litigation.

Liz is experienced in evaluating whether businesses, high-net
worth individuals, and individuals with mostly business-related
debts may benefit from a chapter 7 bankruptcy and in successfully
prosecuting those cases. Where a chapter 7 bankruptcy is not an
option, a chapter 11 bankruptcy may be an option, or a plan of
personal asset protection.

Liz has significant experience representing creditors in chapter 7
bankruptcy cases including recovering assets for the benefit of
all creditors, and prosecuting certain claims specific to
individual creditors.
